Linda is often a featured speaker and instructor at the International Encaustic Conference and her work has been published in American Art Collector, Encaustic with a Textile Sensibility and Plaster Studio: Mixed-Media Techniques for Painting, Casting and Carving. Linda’s work has been shown throughout the United States and she is represented in Oregon by Opus VII Gallery in Eugene and Camas Gallery in Salem. A Message From Linda:

I teach most of my workshops in my private studio in Portland Oregon, but my studio only accommodates 6 students at a time so classes tend to fill very quickly. Each summer I teach a few classes at art schools around the country including Arrowmont (Tennessee), Idyllwild (California), and the International Encaustic Conference (Mass.). Lately more students have been traveling to Portland to take classes from me, but I know that’s not an option for everyone, so I’m now offering some of my workshops online.

I resisted offering online classes for several years because the technology just wasn’t good enough, but that’s finally changed! With the advent of reliable Internet services (OK, not everywhere…), faster computers and a new level of video cameras I feel confident in giving you a great workshop experience.
